Key Points:

  • AMLBot has launched AI Tracer, an AI-powered blockchain investigation tool designed for self-service crypto transaction tracing.
  • The platform enables users to track digital asset movements across multiple blockchain networks using a transaction hash, without requiring specialist forensic expertise.
  • AI Tracer can follow funds through cross-chain bridges and multiple wallet transfers while identifying known exchanges, services and flagged addresses.
  • The tool is intended to support journalists, researchers, compliance teams, law enforcement and cryptocurrency users investigating suspicious transactions.

AMLBot Introduces AI-Powered Blockchain Investigation Tool

Crypto compliance and blockchain forensics company AMLBot has unveiled AI Tracer, a new artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to make blockchain investigations accessible to users without specialized technical knowledge.

The self-service tool allows users to trace cryptocurrency transactions by entering a transaction hash, automatically mapping the visible movement of digital assets across multiple blockchain networks.

The launch reflects the growing demand for user-friendly blockchain analytics as cryptocurrency adoption expands and digital asset investigations become increasingly common.

AI Automates Blockchain Transaction Analysis

According to AMLBot, AI Tracer automatically analyzes blockchain transaction graphs, following the flow of funds from an originating wallet through intermediate addresses until the assets reach their final observable destination.

The platform also identifies known entities encountered during the investigation, including cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain services and wallets previously flagged through compliance databases.

Unlike traditional blockchain forensic tools that often require specialized training, AI Tracer is designed to automate much of the investigative process, allowing a broader range of users to analyze onchain transactions.

Supports Cross-Chain Asset Tracking

One of the platform’s key capabilities is its ability to follow cryptocurrency transfers across multiple blockchain ecosystems.

AI Tracer can monitor assets that move through blockchain bridges or are divided among multiple wallets, helping investigators reconstruct transaction paths that would otherwise require significant manual analysis.

The tool currently supports numerous blockchain networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Chain, TRON, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Cardano, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum Classic and XRP Ledger.

Designed to Assist, Not Replace Investigations

AMLBot emphasized that AI Tracer is intended as an investigative starting point rather than a complete forensic solution.

The company noted that the platform cannot monitor transfers occurring within internal exchange accounts, determine the purpose behind transactions, freeze digital assets or guarantee the recovery of stolen cryptocurrency.

Instead, its reports are designed to assist investigators, compliance professionals and legal authorities by providing a clearer view of publicly available blockchain activity.

Formal forensic audits and legal proceedings remain necessary for asset recovery and enforcement actions.

Broad Range of Potential Users

AMLBot said AI Tracer is suitable for a wide variety of users, including cryptocurrency traders, journalists, blockchain researchers, compliance teams, independent investigators and law enforcement agencies.

The company offers a free version of the service with basic tracing capabilities, alongside paid subscription plans that provide higher usage limits and expanded investigation capacity.

As blockchain-based financial activity continues to grow, automated investigative tools are becoming increasingly valuable for improving transparency and supporting compliance efforts.

Outlook

AMLBot’s AI Tracer represents another step toward making blockchain analytics more accessible through artificial intelligence. By automating transaction tracing across multiple blockchain networks, the platform lowers the technical barriers to investigating cryptocurrency movements while supporting compliance, security and forensic research. As digital asset adoption expands globally, AI-powered blockchain investigation tools are expected to play an increasingly important role in strengthening transparency across the crypto ecosystem.
