REX and Tuttle Introduce Leveraged Strive ETF

REX Shares and Tuttle Capital Management have expanded the market for leveraged exposure to Bitcoin treasury companies with a new exchange-traded fund tied to Strive.

The T-REX 2X Long ASST Daily Target ETF began trading Friday on Cboe under the ticker ASSX. The fund seeks to provide 200% of the daily performance of Strive shares before fees and expenses, giving traders a leveraged vehicle tied to the stock’s short-term movements.

The launch adds another way for investors to gain amplified exposure to companies whose valuations are closely connected to their Bitcoin holdings and treasury strategies.

Daily Reset Creates Different Long-Term Returns

ASSX resets its leverage every trading day. As a result, its performance over periods longer than one session can differ substantially from twice the cumulative return of Strive shares.

This distinction is important because daily leveraged ETFs are designed around daily performance targets rather than delivering a fixed multiple of an underlying asset over extended holding periods.

ASSX also does not hold Bitcoin and is not designed to track the cryptocurrency’s price directly. Instead, its exposure comes through Strive’s publicly traded shares.

Growing Lineup of Leveraged Crypto-Linked ETFs

REX and Tuttle have already introduced similar 2x leveraged products tied to other companies associated with the digital-asset market, including Strategy, BitMine, Cipher Mining, Circle and SharpLink.

The growing product lineup reflects the expanding range of exchange-traded vehicles built around publicly traded companies with cryptocurrency exposure.

For traders, these funds provide an alternative to directly holding the underlying shares, while also introducing the additional effects of leverage and daily compounding.

Strive Reaches 25,000 Bitcoin

Strive has built one of the larger Bitcoin corporate treasuries in the public markets. According to BitcoinTreasuries.NET data cited in the source material, the company holds 25,000 BTC, placing it fifth among publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holders.

The company financed its latest acquisition of 469 BTC through sales of SATA, its perpetual preferred stock. The purchase brought Strive’s reported Bitcoin holdings to the 25,000-BTC milestone.

The strategy links the company’s corporate financing and equity performance more closely to the value and management of its Bitcoin treasury.

Strive Shares Rise 6.4%

Strive shares gained 6.4% on Friday, closing at $30.09. The closing price was slightly above the $29.40 average 12-month price target among analysts tracked by S&P Global, according to the source material.

The move in Strive’s stock also illustrates the higher volatility that leveraged products such as ASSX can amplify on a daily basis.

Outlook

The launch of ASSX adds another leveraged instrument to the growing ecosystem surrounding publicly traded Bitcoin treasury companies. Its 2x daily target gives traders a more amplified way to express short-term views on Strive, while the daily reset means longer holding periods can produce results that differ materially from simply doubling the stock’s overall return. As corporate Bitcoin strategies continue to develop, the performance of both treasury companies and the financial products built around them will remain closely tied to equity-market volatility, Bitcoin exposure and corporate financing decisions.
